Waste residue utilization
RDF is short for refuse derived fuel. RDF technique is a process technique that the waste residue is adopted to make solid refuse derived fuel rods by sorting, crushing, sorting, crushing, winnowing, compression and drying process of different combinations, which is widely applied in many parts of the world, many countries and regions.
Paper making RDF:

The paper making waste (slag, light rope and a rotary hub material) through multi-channel crushing, magnetic separation, crushing, drying, compression, winnowing, eddy current device can screen out most of the iron material, non ferrous metal and glass sand and other heavy material, and finally, the process of making a solid fuel rod with a diameter of 25mm and a length of less than 250mm is made in a granulator. Circulating fluidized bed, boiling furnace, rotary kiln, etc. can burn RDF fuel rods, which can be burned individually, and also can be mixed with coal and oil.

  • Harmlessness

    the process of harmless fuel rods is wet granulation at low temperature, the separation of metal, heavy slag, etc. in the process of sorting will greatly reduce the influence of the later stage on the combustion of the boiler, and no harmful exhaust gas will be produced during the manufacture process. The content of RDF fuel rods is low in sulfur, and chlorinated plastics account for only a part of them, after the treatment of desulfurization and dechlorination, the flue gas emissions can meet the national emission standards, dioxin and other pollutants are under the control of the burning characteristics of fuel rods and the furnace temperature.

  • Reduction

    Reduction Fuel rod moisture content is less than 20%, after a period of storage, its content id less than 15%, it has good corrosion resistance and cannot be crushed by moisture absorption, and it is easy to transport.

  • Resourceful

    The calorific value of RDF is high, the calorific value is about 5,000 kcal, and the shape is uniform and uniform, which is very helpful for stable combustion and increasing efficiency.

    Single scale mixed production line, handle light slag and rope, and the back end is equipped with 8 RDF granulation equipment.
  • Design production capacity
    The treatment amount of light slag is 120 tons (50% dry degree), original rope is 30 tons (70% dry degree), 150 tons/day in total every day.

Manual estimation:
Personnel standard configuration: there are three people for one single production line (one electric room + one person on site + one person for the maintenance and protection) (two people in fact, who will work with on-site people); each additional one production line, one person additional on site; the personnel who are responsible for forklift truck and grab operation will be re calculated.
Maintenance and protection of main equipment:

Granulator： Generally, it is protected and maintained once for about 4-5 months;

Crusher：If the equipment is abnormal downtime, remove the fault artificially, regularly replace the damaged tools 1 times 1 year, and the general replacement amount ranges from 20 to 30%.
